A Graduate of Sports Science & Commerce, James has been in recruitment for over 16 years recruiting across the UK, Europe and Australia. His time as Associate Director (Sydney) and Country Manager (London) where he launched The Andersen Partnership across the Professional Services, Commerce/Industry/Insurance sectors holds him in good stead as does his time with Kennedy Pearce as Director of the Qualified Finance and Executive Office. Now heads up Parker Bridge Search.
The original founder of Parker Bridge in London in 1988, Steve was also responsible for the expansion of Parker Bridge into New Zealand and Australia in the 1990's.
Originally a recruiter with Reed Executive in London and Essex he worked in several accounting recruitment division's before moving to Accountancy Recruitment Ltd in Oxford Street, London as Divisional Head, responsible for their permanent accountancy division.
Steve is also involved in the tech sector including one of the world's first learning management systems for recruiters. This has allowed the various Parker Bridge companies rapid access to new technologies as they have become relevant to the various divisions, both for executive search and contingent recruitment.
Managing Director - NZ
A Commerce and Management graduate from Lincoln University in Canterbury, Craig has over 20 years of recruitment experience having commenced his career with Parker Bridge in London in 1994.
After rising to the level of Director in 1996, Craig founded Parker Bridge NZ in May 1997, followed soon after by Parker Bridge Ireland in 1999. As the Director of the New Zealand operation, Craig’s primary focus is around the strategic direction of the business and overall company performance.
Outside of Parker Bridge, Craig’s interests are varied including directorships and shareholdings in several other companies. When he’s not at work, Craig also enjoys farming, outdoor adrenaline sports and spending quality time with his wife and children
John has a proven successful background in IT and Commercial recruitment working in Australia and the UK as both Group CEO of TMS Talent as well as Board Director at Parker Bridge Executive Search. Having successfully opened offices across Australia for TMS Talent and acquiring 3 recruitment companies along the way he brings considerable experience to the Parker Bridge board. Well known for his obsession with high levels of service and standards he is based in the UK.
Hew has spent the last 15 years helping people who work in tax find exciting new opportunities to build their careers. He hires Partners, Directors, Senior Managers and Managers in all areas of personal, corporate and indirect tax for a variety of clients including; Big 4 consulting firms, Top 10 & 20 accountancy firms, ‘Magic Circle’ and US law firms, independent accountancy firms of all sizes and boutique advisory firms.

As our Marketing and Communications Adviser, Marc is responsible for maintaining the Parker Bridge brand across all marketing and communication mediums, and ensures the business upholds its reputation as an industry-leading recruitment provider within its respective markets.
With an FdA Degree in Journalism and Media Production from the University of Huddersfield, combined with extensive experience in digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing for the recruitment industry, Marc has a proven track record of creating, designing and implementing marketing strategy and collateral to help recruitment businesses attract a higher-quality of candidates, clients and recruiters.
